You must be at least 18 years old to open an account and use Matbett's services. This isn't just a formality — it's a critical safeguard for the protection of minors. A National ID (NID) or birth registration certificate is accepted as valid proof of age.

Providing false information or concealing your age at registration will result in permanent account closure, and any remaining balance may be forfeited. Matbett reserves the right to verify account holder age at regular intervals and may request additional documents at any time.

Also make sure you are in a clear state of mind when using the platform. You are strongly advised not to place bets while under the influence of drugs or alcohol, as your judgment will be impaired.

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and genuine. Registering with a false name, a fictitious address, or another person's mobile number is strictly prohibited. If any discrepancies are detected, supporting documents will be requested for verification, and the account may be closed if a satisfactory response is not received.

Only one Matbett account may be registered per mobile number. Different family members may operate their own accounts using separate numbers and separate devices. Logging into multiple accounts from the same device is not permitted.

Keep your account password and OTP code strictly confidential. No Matbett representative will ever ask for your password or OTP — if anyone does, it's a scam.

Matbett supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer. Withdrawals are generally processed using the same method used for the deposit.

If a match or event is cancelled or declared a draw, the affected bet will be voided and the stake returned. In a parlay bet, if one leg is voided, it is removed and the remaining legs are used to calculate the result. If a bet is not accepted due to a technical issue, it will be considered void and Matbett will bear no liability.

If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error, Matbett reserves the right to void any bets placed at those odds. In such cases, the user will be notified and the stake will be refunded.

In general, withdrawing bonus funds requires meeting a specified wagering requirement. If you request a withdrawal before the wagering requirement is fulfilled, the bonus amount will be forfeited.
